Guarantee of quality:      
We understand the importance of keeping high levels of quality along the process of the production.  Also, we take care of taking place according to the offered measures.  
Unless specify other thing, all the products of first quality are made with threads "Azo-Free" due to the problems potentially cancerigenic, in particular with the products, like garments of dressing for European countries this is important to avoid problems in customs.  
This type of products can wash with cold water and in washing machine up to 40 C.  
It is recommended that after washing a product it dries off to the shade so that it doesn't lose the colour.  

Recycled products:  
These products have been made of used skirts and huipils, but  they are still conserved of good quality.  Using these recycled garments allows the artisans to manufacture other new ones and in that way new work sources are motivated.  
The products made with recycled garments can vary of the presented image, for that reason it is classified as "each product is unique"  
    
The price:      
The prices that appears in this catalog are FOB (Free on Board)  in the city of Guatemala.  Most of shippings are by air, which can arrive in 4 or 5 days to the door of the client.  
We can also ship by sea when the order is large or we consolidate it with other producers.  When shipping by sea we'll charge 2% of the value of the invoice due to the cost for the transport toward the Port Quetzal or Port or Santo  Tomás de Castilla.    
Although we can also calculate the CIF cost.  
We accept the payment in dollars, Euros or quetzals.    
In the event of requesting variation in some product, so the price will change.  
    
New orders:   
To begin to work the new orders we will have a lot of communication with the client to make sure on their particular requirements, the packing of the product, the tagged, the time of delivery and more.     
We will need an advance of at least 50% of the total of the order.        
Availability of fabrics:   
We generally have almost all the colors of fabrics, however, from time to time we don't have available some.  If the client requests products with a fabric that is not available in that moment, we will ask to wait for some days while we produce it.  
For large orders, we need from 45 to 60 days to complete the order.  

Shippings:  
The cost of the shipment is payed by the client  
When the orders are small, the shipment is made by DHL, where we have gotten preferential rates, and  can arrive to the destination if it is in the United States, in 3 days, if it is Europe, New Zealand or Australia, it can arrive in 6 days.  

Calculation of charges of the courier:

In large orders is better to use a custom agent and we may organizate this in order to avoid expensive charges.

It can also be made by the public mail, although this takes a long time in arriving in about 15 or 20 days to the destination.  
We prepare the necessary documents (export license, origin certificate, Form "A"), in order to reduce or discharge the taxes in some countries.  
Also, we can organize the shipment by Cropa Panalpina or Cargo, S.A. Although for these it is better for the shippings longer than 100 kilos and it is better to use these agents when the client has a custom agent so processes the import documents.  
   
If the client has a service account with DHL, Fedex, or other services of private Courier, we will pick up order toward the office of them without overcharge.     
Frequently the clients ask us to consolidate the orders of several producers to reduce the shipment cost.  We will be charmed of to organize or to contribute so that this is well.    
 
Refunds  
We accept the refund of products before 30 days after having received the merchandise.  This when we did some error on behalf of us or for the not quality ordered.  In these cases, it will be negotiated with the client the cost of the transport of the refund.

In this moment we accept payments only by bank transference, money gram and western union.
